MyNextCRM Opinion:

Obviously a good choice for businesses who already use Monday for other purposes.

MyNextCRM Opinion:

Flexibility is the keyword for Attio.

It actually reminds me of RelateIQ before it was acquired by Salesforce. Same lists based approach but implemented with a great attention to details.

When using Attio, it almost feels like you are using a database and not a CRM.

Key features: lists, custom objects, reports and workflows.

Product feels very high quality. Well designed and well implemented.

Could be a good replacement for Salesforce in case you use a custom objects heavily.

Breakcold is all about social selling. If you are prospecting on LinkedIn or Twitter, you should check this out.

I love that their business is bootstrapped.

I am actually looking forward to my podcast with the founder Arnaud and hope it will help craft a better

MyNextCRM Opinion:
  • Folk CRM is an excellent tool for consolidating contacts from various sources. It allows you to sync contacts from email, calendar, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, which is impressive.
  • When you land in Folk, it looks like a database to me. Their spreadsheet view takes time to get used to if you compare it to more traditional CRMs.It makes it a great upgrade if you have used spreadsheets or Airtable to keep your contacts.
  • If you are evaluating Folk CRM, check out Attio.

MyNextCRM Opinion:

Relate is a YC company, summer 2022 batch. This gives them a bit of unfair advantage with investors.

Product and website design looks very clean, but I am yet to find the key differentiations of their product.

Hope to talk to the founders soon.

MyNextCRM Opinion:

If simplicity is important for you, go for Parma. Works great for solopreneurs and small businesses.

About MyNextCRM

MyNextCRM idea was born after writing a LinkedIn post about choosing a CRM. It helped a few businesses. I got some good feedback that made me think about creating a site to share my opinion about different CRMs on the market.

Today CRM marketplace is so crowded, that buying a CRM product is really annoying. Resellers will recommend you products that pay biggest comissions, but nobody wants to listen for what you really need.

Why am I interested in the CRM market? It started in 2011 when I co-founded Import2, a 1-click data migration software. We have helped thousands of businesses to switch their CRM and spend a lot of time investigating different CRM products. Today, I work on CRM startup Parma.ai, and excitement about this super competitive market is at its peak.

Disclaimer: MyNextCRM is not meant to be unbiased. I am doing it for fun and to share my honest thoughts. So, expect it to be subjective and opinionated. If that's too much, you can always use Google search instead ;).

I hope you love the format, and it will help you choose the right CRM for your business. If you want to reach out, our Twitter DMs are open.
